Sloppy Joes are one of my favorite feed a crowd dishes and are also a great make ahead meal. I tweaked this recipe from a cookbook, I think, to fit my family’s taste and even former sloppy Joe haters had no problems devouring their dinners.
This would be a great weeknight meal because if you need it to it can cook on low all day.
